I’m a creative practictioner, educator and speaker with 30 years of experience in communication design, creative education, and visual art. I’ve worked in house for brands like BBC Radio 1 and News International, and worked on advertising campaigns and digital product design for brands including Sony Music Europe, IKEA, MTV, Peroni, Samsung and ITV.
As a visual artist my practice encompasses print, digital, moving image and installation. I am currently developing a graphic novel series and one-off comics, using Gen AI for ideation and creation, then intervening with these assets using hand drawn and analogue print processes.
In creative education I have a proven track record of developing award-winning talent, creating industry opportunities (collaborations include Mozilla Festival, BBC, World Wrestling Federation, Bentall Centre and FIDA), developing courses that balance the purely commercial with social action-focused projects, and pioneering diverse, inclusive recruitment strategies.
I am an expert in integrating emerging technologies into creative curricula and fostering cross-cultural collaborations. I strive to open up access to creative education for first-in-family and disenfranchised nascent creatives. I speak and run workshops for creative practioners internationally.
